Our consultants have extensive expertise in Europe, the Middle East, Australia, and North America and have provided their services and expertise for over fourteen years to Blue Chip companies in the Oil and Gas, Pharmaceutical and Chemical, Defence, Power, and Utilities sectors and have worked with Consultants, EPCs and system suppliers to meet the needs of their clients. 

We have experience in providing Facilitators and tools for various safety studies, including HAZOP, WhatIf, CHAZOP, FHA, Fault Tree, FMEA and Safety Integrity Level studies.  

Our consultants have conducted verification of system designs using Fault Tree, Reliability Block Diagrams, Event Space Methods and Monte Carlo for a variety of clients in the process industries.

We have performed Functional Safety Assessments in accordance with IEC 61511 for major and minor projects for Stages 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5.  

We have developed templates, Gap Analysis tools and checklists for Functional Safety Management Systems and have aided our clients in meeting the requirements for such systems as laid down by the Regulator.

Our engineers have developed Safety Requirements Specifications and Proof Testing strategies for a variety of clients in the process industries.

We have provided in-house and public training courses covering all aspects of Functional Safety.
